Anchoring Growth in Transformational Learning
My journey into adult education began back in 2002, when I walked into my first classroom at a community college - and instantly knew I’d found my calling. It wasn’t just about teaching; it was the spark of connection with learners that lit the path forward.
Since that moment, I’ve devoted my career to the art and science of organizational training and development. What started in academia gradually expanded into corporate learning roles, giving me hands-on experience working with diverse teams and business environments. Along the way, I’ve honed my skills in bringing complex ideas to life - designing engaging programs, facilitating dynamic sessions both in person and online, and developing materials that speak to multiple learning styles.

At the heart of everything I do is the learner. Whether designing a curriculum or leading a workshop, my approach begins with creating a space where people feel safe, respected, and ready to learn. Every program I build is grounded in the core principles of adult education - tailored to the unique needs of each audience and focused on empowering individuals to grow and thrive.

Learner success fuels stronger teams, thriving organizations, and growth that reaches far beyond the workplace.
